Fall Fest/Trunk or Treat

You’re invited to SHE’s Fall Festival! Join us Friday, October 30, from 5–7 p.m. for an evening packed with fun for the whole family!

Enjoy Trunk-or-Treat, Musical Cakes, a Haunted School Bus, inflatables, games, music, a photo booth, the Book Fair Kickoff, fall activities with our Business Partners, and MORE!

🎃 Trunk-or-Treat Sign-Ups

We’re looking for one parent or family to host a Trunk-or-Treat trunk on behalf of each class!

🍬 Trunk-or-Treat Donations

NEW THIS YEAR! Candy and prize donations will be collected by classroom.

We’re asking for at least one bag per child to help ensure we have enough treats for everyone.

Starting Friday, October 9, 2026, please send candy or prize donations to school with your child. Room representatives will collect the donations, which will then be distributed among all Trunk-or-Treat participants.

🙋 Volunteer Sign-Up

We need amazing volunteers to help with:

• Setup

• Cleanup

• Book Fair in the Media Center

• Event support

This event can’t happen without our incredible volunteers! Please consider taking a shift. A SignUp Genius will be coming soon!

🍰 Musical Cake Donations

We’ll be collecting store-bought, pre-packaged, non-refrigerated baked desserts for our popular Musical Cakes game.

Families may drop off dessert donations at the designated dessert table in front of the school on:

• October 28: 7–9 a.m.

• October 29: 7–9 a.m.

• October 30: 7–9 a.m.

Cost: FREE for all families, thanks to your generous Husky Fund donations!

🌮 Food & Drinks

Food will be available for purchase from:

• Two Brothers Tacos

• Pelican’s SnoBalls

• Pizza

Free water will also be available.

Best of all, all activities are FREE, with the exception of the food trucks.
